My name is Dylan, and basically, along with a small number of trusted assistants, I basically AM this entity that is Evolve NLP. 

I come from humble beginnings, a working class kid from the North of England, who was one of those cheeky children who always asks lots of questions (and always has a smart alec answer for his Dad).

Questions like "why is the sky blue", "why does the moon follow us when we drive in the car" and "where to babies come from" were soon replaced by a deep desire to understand science, the world and most importantly of all, people.

Why did they behave in such strange ways? Why were there wars and violence? Why couldn't people just all be nice to each other and get along?

These questions stayed with me and throughout my twenties I continued to ask them, searching for answers in religion, philosophy, student union bars and an exotic blend of mind altering substances. 



It wasn't until I discovered NLP that I started to be able to answer some of these questions for myself. The moment I was introduced to the concepts and ideas that had grown out of the New Psychology revolution was I able to for the first time understand how human behaviour worked.

It gave me insights into myself, and I became a sponge for this incredibly powerful stuff. I am no longer ashamed to admit that I became a complete NLP anorak, and probably bored my family, friends, random blokes in the pub and my cat senseless with my constant talk of all things NLP. 

As I continued to grow and develop, I became more and more interested in what some people might call the more "way out there" ideas and esoteric theories. And what I discovered was astonishing. Literally, life changing, mind blowing, totally bizarre but incredibly powerful concepts and methods for helping people solve problems, develop personally and go through a journey of quite incredible evolution and change. 

Now I share these ideas, encouraging people to play with them, taking with them only what works, and leaving behind what doesn't work for them. I help people on their journey solve problems and keep on track with what they want to achieve, give them an outlet for being able to work through their emotional, psychological and physical "stuff" in a non-judgemental and safe way.
