Our main focus when we do training is to make sure that our delegates get the most out of the experience. 



We have a single rule at our trainings... you only get out what you put in. So we ask you simply to be curious, to ask questions, and to give the techniques and ideas a try.

NLP is a subjective experience. It is about learning techniques and methods that work to enhance your life, and because everyone is different, certain things will be more suited to them and their style. So we always encourage people to take what works for you from the training. If some aspects don't work as effectively for you, that's fine, leave them behind. You can always come back to them later.

Our trainings are fun. A lot of fun. We don't like stuffy and boring. We like to keep you engaged all the time. Yes, there is some theory. There is lots of demonstrations. And everything we do is about leading you up to being able to do the same too. 



We like small groups. They are good because they mean we can spend time with you...we can get to know you, and you can do the same with us. NLP training is sometimes challenging, and we ask your permission to occasionally let us assist you in getting through "stuff" that has been limiting you or preventing you from getting your outcome.



You cannot learn NLP in the same way from a book or a DVD. Our trainings are an experience, an opportunity to not only learn the theory, but the actually teach your body to do it. To borrow a driving metaphor, It's one thing to know "HOW" a car works and what it does, but quite another thing to actually know how to safely drive it. That's why you have an instructor who can sometimes give you pointers, sometimes give you praise, and is there to hit the brakes when it's needed. 

And like learning to drive, you won't be a brilliant driver until after you have your license. We believe that just doing an 8 day course might not always be enough to embed NLP into every aspect of your life. That's why we encourage people to keep on doing ongoing training, and our CPD support packages are tailored towards that.
